Sustainable Transportation
Give a person a car and you'll teach them to get from point A to B. Give a person a bike or bus and you'll teach them to get from point A to B faster, cleaner, and at ease. You came to the website because you care about sustainability. But what exactly is sustainable transportation? Or how can you help to benefit the community as a whole? Fortunately you are in the right place. We hope this website is the solution to your questions and transportation needs.
Our goal for this website is to inform and develop options for your transportation needs. In order to do this we developed essential partnerships with campus departments, government agencies, local businesses, and community groups. Working together with these groups makes us what we strive to be; sustainable.
Our primary modes of transportation are chosen because of their significant impact on efficiency and cleanliness. By use of these modes of transportation we can become a more sustainable campus without making major sacrifices. Below are ranked modes of transportation; try to find out which mode is best suitable for your lifestyle and needs.
