Registration Information and Rates:

Registration Deadline was February 5, 2009.  

Advance registration is required.  Limited onsite registration will be available, however meals will not be included. 

General Admission

Single Day- February 12: $75

Single Day- February 13: $65

Multi Day (February 12 and 13, includes Feb. 11 keynote): $125

CU-Boulder Student Admission

Students enrolled at the University of Colorado at Boulder are able to attend free of charge due to support from the CU Environmental Center.  Meals are not free and must be pre-registered for by February 5th. If only attending sessions or keynotes, you do not need to pre-register, you are welcome to checkin at the registration booth during the Summit.  If you do pre-register, then you will have a name badge and seating priority.  

-Register here if you do not plan to attend any events involving meals. No charge with this registration option.  

CU-Boulder students do not need to pre-register if only planning to attend either or both of the keynotes (Richard Preston and Jerome Ringo).   

 

Volunteer Application

Application Form

Volunteers can trade volunteer time for free admission, excluding meals.  Meals are not free and must be pre-registered for.   Volunteers will receive special registration instructions after your application is accepted.  

 

Scholarship Application

Application Form: no longer available.  

Scholarships to attend will be available through the generous support of the 2009 Rocky Mountain Sustainability Summit sponsors!  Scholarships will cover admission but not travel and lodging expenses. 

 

Additional Discounts

Representatives of AASHE Member Institutions receive 10% discount on registration.  Enter "AASHE" as the discount code.

Sponsors receive 10% discount on registration.  Enter "SPON" as the discount code.

Presenters receive 50% discount on registration.  Enter "PRES" as the discount code.

CU-Boulder faculty and staff receive 50% discount on registration.  Enter "UCB" as the discount code.

Note: Discounts cannot be combined.

Jerome Ringo Keynote: $10 General; $7 Students; Free for CU-Boulder Students; Included with all Thursday and Multi-Day registrations.
