We encourage sustainable transportation to RMSS.  The CU-Boulder campus is easily accessible near many local and regional bus routes. Please go to http://rtd-denver.com/.  If you do need to drive or fly, you may be interested in purchasing offsets for your carbon emissions, available with event registration or at the registration booth upon check-in.

The RTD AB bus runs directly from DIA to Boulder. A schedule may be found at:  http://rtd-denver.com/. Please note that you will be taking the Westbound AB (Airport-Boulder) Bus. The cost is $12 each way.

Dining Options:

On “The Hill”:
Exit through the South side of the UMC and walk/bike West (toward the mountains) along the sidewalk/bike path toward “The Hill.”

The Hill offers many eateries, including: Abo’s Pizza (winner of Boulder’s Best pizza), Fat Cat (Thai), Illegal Pete’s (Burritos), The Sink (burgers and beer), several sub shops, and Burnt Toast (an Environmental Center favorite!)  If you’re looking for something sweet, try Glacier Ice Cream.

Downtown:
From the UMC, bus or walk (15 min) north along Broadway to downtown.

The Pearl Street area has dozens of excellent dining options.  Some favorites include:  The Leaf (vegetarian), Boulder Café, Sunflower (organic), The Kitchen (local and organic), The Med (mediterranean), Sherpa’s (Indian).
