CU Fall Bike Sale Wednesday, August 24, 2011

 The University of Colorado at Boulder bicycle program will be hosting the Fall Bike Sale on Wednesday, August 24, at
9:00am at the Folsom Stadium Plaza on the Boulder campus. The sale features approximately 200 refurbished bicycles, including mountain, comfort, road and urban styles. This event is open to the community and proceeds from the sale benefit the campus’ bicycle programs. Bikes will sell for either $90 or $150 each, which includes sales tax and CU registration. 

The CU bicycle program is a partnership of CU Environmental Center and Parking and Transportation Services. The program manages the Bike Station for student registration and basic maintenance assistance, the Mobile Mechanic service, Buff Bikes for free rentals, and it sponsors year-round events to promote sustainable transportation and bike awareness and safety.
