Melissa Payne is the Education Sector Manager for EPA’s ENERGY STAR
program. She is responsible for providing effective energy performance
tools and financing offerings to over 250 school districts and 150 higher
education institutions. Ms. Payne also works closely with major education
associations to incorporate smart energy management into schools daily
operations.
