Sophie Kvaratskhelia

Sophie is a sophomore undergraduate student double-majoring in Environmental Studies and Molecular Biology with a minor in Spanish. Her favorite part about being on the Environmental Board is the incredible people that she gets to collaborate with to achieve tangible change in the Boulder community. Sophie is especially passionate about working to mitigate food waste and food insecurity through effective outreach and advocacy on campus. In her free time, Sophie loves to read, write in her journal, daydream, and do any activity in the great outdoors!
